Shipping and Handling
We currently ship to 47 states and Washington, DC (we are currently unable to ship to Arkansas, Indiana, or Utah). We do not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses and currently do not support international orders. All orders from outside of our designated shipping areas will be cancelled.
Processing for all orders can take up to 2-3 business days. We process orders 9AM-5PM Eastern on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on US Federal holidays. Tracking numbers will be provided to the email on record once the package is ready for shipment. Some orders will require signature confirmation.
USPS is our primary shipping provider. USPS operates Monday-Saturday, excluding US Federal holidays. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping charges are non-refundable. Priority shipments typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Other shipment types can take up to 7 business days. Please be aware that tracking may not update for a few days.
Once orders leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for the items. Please contact USPS for any concerns regarding lost, stolen, missing, and/or damaged packages.
If a package is sent back to us due to errors in the shipping address, we will not resend the order until it is returned to our facility and the customer has paid to have the order reshipped.
