We handle all return/exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to email@example.com for inquiries. We are not responsible for any items sent to us for return or exchange without prior approval.
We accept returns on items that have been unopened, unused, and are undamaged within thirty (30) days of purchase (please refer to the list of exclusions below to make sure we accept returns on the item). Items that have been opened and used will not be accepted for return under any circumstances without prior approval.
We do not accept returns for warranty claims. However, we are happy to assist you with working with the manufacturer to file a warranty claim directly with them. Every manufacturer handles things differently; please refer to their documentation for what they consider a valid warranty claim. Note that some manufacturers require a valid warranty card to make a claim, which should be included with the item.
All wrong item, dead-on-arrival, and/or missing item claims must be reported to us within two (2) business days of receiving your package. Please be sure to inspect all items that arrive with your package. It is your responsibility to inform us within this time frame of any problems.
Compatibility is not guaranteed between items. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility, and we do not accept returns on items due to incompatibility. Please do your research if you have any questions about compatibility, or reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following items are items we cannot accept for return under any circumstances: batteries, coils, replacement glass, drip tips, and eliquid. Some of these items can be claimed for return in the case of damage or dead-on-arrival claims.
Return and Refund Process
If you would like to submit a request to return an item, reach out to our team at email@example.com. Please include “Return” in the email subject, and include your full name, order number, phone number, and the reason for return. We may request pictures of the item.
Once the return is approved, we will follow up with further instructions on how and where to ship the product. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.
Any applicable refunds will not be processed until we receive the item back and accept the return. Return acceptance on our part requires inspection of the item and all returns must meet the above criteria. If the product is deemed unacceptable for return once it arrives to us, we will hold the product and contact you. You may, at that point, forfeit the item to us or we can ship the item back to you at your expense. We will take all reasonable measures to get in contact with you, however if we do not hear back from you within a reasonable time frame, we will consider the item forfeit to us.
All refunds will be issued after return acceptance and back to the original form of payment. We are not responsible for refunds issued to a form of payment that is no longer in possession of the customer. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
